• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings, ensuring they are productive and align with agile best practices • Coach development teams and stakeholders in agile principles, helping to maintain focus on delivering value while fostering continuous improvement and innovation • Remove impediments and blockers that affect team productivity, acting as a servant leader to protect the team and optimize their performance • Collaborate with the Product team to maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritized effectively • Track and report on team metrics, sprint progress, and project status to stakeholders, providing transparency and identifying areas for improvement • Facilitate cross-team coordination and communication, especially in areas where multiple teams need to collaborate on healthcare communication solutions • Support the ongoing development of agile practices within the organization, helping to scale and improve our processes as we grow

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Required
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling agile methodologies in software development environments
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
  • Excellence in facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
