Role Description ECS is seeking a Jr Business Analyst to work remotely. We are currently seeking a communicative and well-rounded Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will: - Work with stakeholders to understand business issues and opportunities. - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define the transformed business model, including: - Re-engineered business processes - New or re-defined process roles - Business requirements - Business rules - Maintain product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable. - Support overall project success by engaging in daily operational activities and surfacing process improvement opportunities, including monitoring and updating the Siteimprove Platform. - Coordinate with various data team roles and skillsets to support solution design and project execution. - Support cross-functional project teams consisting of application development, IT operations, and information security teams. - Document and track project changes, risks, and issues through resolution. - Maintain and update all requirements documentation. - Communicate changes to requirements and projects to all stakeholders. Qualifications - Strong experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements. - Demonstrate ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. - Experience with process improvement, documentation, and workflow optimization. - Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, product owner, CX members, etc.). - Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
