Role Description itD is seeking a Business Analyst V to serve as the operational backbone of a fast-paced, in-market sales organization. This role is critical in driving the weekly rhythm of business, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, and delivering data-driven insights that inform sales performance and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in sales operations, business operations, or program management, along with a proven track record of building scalable processes, managing complex workstreams, and delivering actionable reporting that influences leadership decisions. Location: Remote (U.S. – West Coast preferred) Pay Rate: Depending on experience Duration: 12 Months We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more. Responsibilities - Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the weekly rhythm of business cadence across sales teams - Own end-to-end preparation and facilitation of weekly business reviews, including agenda creation, pre-read development, and stakeholder coordination - Ensure alignment on key topics, data, and attendee participation to drive effective decision-making - Analyze and monitor key sales performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into sales performance and business health - Proactively escalate risks with actionable recommendations to leadership - Track, manage, and drive accountability for action items and deliverables across cross-functional teams - Maintain centralized systems for tracking progress, ensuring visibility, and closing gaps - Provide regular status updates and insights to senior leadership on performance, risks, and blockers Internal Responsibilities - Attend regular internal practice community meetings - Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership - Complete client case studies and learning materials (blogs, media content) - Build materials to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice - Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual) - Partner with leadership on career development and fast-track opportunities Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, program management, or similar roles - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with experience managing multiple workstreams - Proven experience building and managing recurring business review cadences - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, BI tools) - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights - Experience navigating dashboards and synthesizing business performance data - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling - Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications and Skills - Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or retail/channel sales environments - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs - Experience supporting senior sales or category leadership - Strong cross-functional collaboration experience Education - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required Company Description About itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
