Senior Project Administrator Consultant
Guidehouse
• Utilizing Jira and Confluence support project teams with loading data, formatting templates, and creating job aides • Supporting project management and consultants by reviewing deliverables due and following up on financial updates • Working with consultants as needed on updating utilization to be able to report on financials timely.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience in a project coordinating role, preferably within ERPs; OR a Masters degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) years of experience in a project coordinating role, preferably within ERPs.
- Current holder of a Workday certification(s)
- Master level accounting skills
- Strong attention to detail and strong Excel skills
- Ability to create job aides and manage getting updates on deliverables
- Jira and Confluence experience.
- Jira administration experience (what would be nice to have)
