• Coordinate the logistics for new hires and offboarding for employees leave. • Help maintain our HRIS (ADP) and assist in building dashboards for turnover, diversity, and engagement metrics. • Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person culture events, lunch-and-learns, and wellness initiatives. • Assist our Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling and candidate communication to ensure a smooth 'candidate-to-employee' journey. • Own at least one long-term project, such as auditing our internal wiki (Notion/Confluence) or research for new benefit offerings.
Job Requirements
- A current student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Tech-Savvy: You live in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace, and you aren't afraid to learn new SaaS tools quickly, experience with AI tools (Claude, Gemini & ChatGPT) is highly desired.
- Discreet: You understand the sensitivity of People data and can be trusted with confidential information.
- Proactive: You don't wait for a task list; you see a gap in a process and suggest a way to fix it.

Role Description The role of an Apprenticeship End-Point Assessor is to provide independent, fair, reliable, and consistent assessment services to Training Qualifications UK customers working with Apprenticeship Standards. End-Point Assessors are required to use assessment experience with robust and relevant industry knowledge to form judgements and grading decisions upon the completion of a variety of assessment activities, which test the apprentices’ occupational competency. Role Description As a People Operations Senior Associate – Hyderabad, you will provide people support to our growing team in India. This role will focus on People Operations, HR processes & Talent Acquisition ensuring a seamless employee experience from end-to-end hiring to the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will also possess strong data analysis skills, to support HR metrics, reporting, and process optimization. You may be a Generalist with a continuous improvement and efficiency mindset, working with internal and external stakeholders. This role will be critical in making sure we attract and retain the very best people to work at Kainos through delivering a great candidate and employee experience and building our employer brand. This is a remote global role based in India, Telangana. You may be responsible for some or all of the following: - People Operations: - Work with the Global People Team, and the business to ensure that the onboarding, offboarding and cyclical processes experience is maximised in the region, providing advice and guidance on best practice and continuous improvement ideas. - Create, implement and maintain all people policies and procedures – continually review these for accuracy and that they remain fit for purpose, ensuring all collateral is maintained. - Liaise closely with payroll to provide guidance for different pay, pension and tax considerations as they arise. - Support project management activities – support the execution of business projects that have a people impact, including business growth or restructure initiatives. - Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations in India. - Proactively manage and mitigate HR-related risks, staying updated on legislative changes and industry trends. - Act as the main point of contact between the People Team and the Payroll Team for India, providing additional knowledge and support where required. - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations matters in line with company framework and local legislative requirements. - Conduct investigations and resolve employee disputes (when necessary). - Lead employee relations strategies for the region to foster a positive work environment. - Provide guidance on available benefits, ensuring employees have a clear understanding of their options. - Provide guidance and support to People Operations & Talent Acquisition team on pay structures within region. - Share best practices and knowledge across regions. - Recruitment: - Lead the work on developing Kainos’ employer brand, including seeking out accreditation and initiatives to boost employer profile. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding activities. - Build and foster strong relationships with managers/business leaders – to become a trusted advisor on recruitment and sourcing. - Implement the recruitment delivery plan aligned to commercial priorities and workforce plans, for India and APAC region. - Oversight of short, medium and long term delivery demands, across all locations and working with your BU stakeholders to execute hiring strategies for Permanent and Contract roles. - Manage costs – ensure delivery is on time and in the most cost-effective manner. - Manage the use of suppliers to ensure direct sourcing channels are optimised and that external agency costs are kept to a minimum. • Manage full-cycle recruiting administration for high-volume, entry-level roles, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers • Create and manage job requisitions for Recruitment Team across internal systems and external job boards • Draft accurate offer letters for Recruitment Team and manage background check processes from initiation through completion • Assist with onboarding support and ad hoc People team needs, including drafting promotional offer letters, compensation change notifications, and other employee communications • Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics: IT setup, orientation scheduling, and documentation • Serve as the point of contact for new hires during pre-boarding, ensuring a seamless day-one experience • Support employer branding efforts through job postings, social content, and candidate-facing materials using Canva and other marketing tools • Maintain organized ATS records and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance) • Partner with the People team on process improvements, documentation, and ad hoc coordination • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, or outcomes—not just following existing playbooks
• Assist with day-to-day HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management. • Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy. • Support internal HR initiatives, including company-sponsored people programs and team communications. • Take ownership of recurring documentation tasks, such as creating and updating internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates to ensure a compliant and well-documented HR environment. • Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and process coordination. • Collaborate with hiring managers to track progress, provide candidate updates, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring pipeline. • Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact to final offer. • Coordinate onboarding logistics, welcoming new hires and ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
