Role Description The Senior Director of Transportation Operations is responsible for the end-to-end performance of our client's non-emergency transportation ("NEMT") provider network, spanning vendor procurement, service delivery, vendor management and continuous improvement, cost management, and SLA performance. This leader will ensure that transportation services are not only sourced effectively, but executed reliably, cost-efficiently, and in alignment with client and member experience expectations. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership across operations, client services, and network partners to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes at scale. The Sr. Director ensures a high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective transportation network that meets member needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational performance targets. This role requires deep expertise in network vendor operations, procurement, vendor management, and scaling geographically distributed service providers. What You'll Do This leader will report directly to the VP of Transportation Operations and oversee all NEMT operations in a region. This includes NEMT network procurement and management strategy, coverage adequacy, capacity planning and achievement of both cost and performance targets.
