• Set up, manage, and monitor digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms • Track performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and identify optimization opportunities • Analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions daily • Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure smooth delivery • Work with internal teams to execute and improve campaign performance • Build reports and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / platform dashboards) • Continuously test variables (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (STEM fields preferred: Math, Engineering, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers
- Fluent English (written and spoken - must be able to communicate clearly in a professional environment)
- High attention to detail

- Ability to handle repetitive tasks without losing focus

Role Description The Senior Director of Transportation Operations is responsible for the end-to-end performance of our client's non-emergency transportation ("NEMT") provider network, spanning vendor procurement, service delivery, vendor management and continuous improvement, cost management, and SLA performance. This leader will ensure that transportation services are not only sourced effectively, but executed reliably, cost-efficiently, and in alignment with client and member experience expectations. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership across operations, client services, and network partners to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes at scale. The Sr. Director ensures a high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective transportation network that meets member needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational performance targets. This role requires deep expertise in network vendor operations, procurement, vendor management, and scaling geographically distributed service providers. What You'll Do This leader will report directly to the VP of Transportation Operations and oversee all NEMT operations in a region. Role Description The primary responsibility of Director of Extended Stay Franchise Operations (DESFO) is to live and exhibit our “Owners First” culture.
