Business Development Intern
FIVE Validation
• Assist with client and lead communication and follow-up. • Help record and update information in our management systems. • Contribute to the preparation and tracking of commercial proposals. • Participate in prospecting activities and market research. • Support the team in creating presentation and communication materials. • Collaborate on digital marketing and social media initiatives. • Provide support in translating materials into English and Spanish. • Assist in collecting customer feedback and analyzing opportunities for improvement. • Support administrative routines and internal commercial processes.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or IT;
- Good communication skills (oral and written);
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn;
- Proactive and interested in client relations and process management;
- Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) – Required;
- Commitment to a minimum 12-month internship period – Required;
- Advanced Spanish;
- Availability to intern Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM or from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for remote work.

We’re looking for a mission-aligned Regional Director of Community Partnerships in the West to drive strategic growth through partnerships with criminal justice agencies, treatment providers, and community organizations. This role is about more than business development—it’s about systems change, relationship-building, and bringing a bold, evidence-based model of care into spaces that have long needed it. You’ll be responsible for developing partnerships with any government agency and community provider that serves our target population, evangelizing Holon’s value, and bringing new customers into our ecosystem with care, clarity, and urgency. Location: The candidate for this position must be located or willing to relocate to the west with a strong preference for someone in Colorado.
