Job Description

Sales & Business Development Manager – Industry, EAM, CAFM

Sogema Software

• Identify market and business opportunities in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Facility Management (FM) sectors in Germany, and develop and implement tailored customer strategies • Acquire new customers via phone, video calls, social selling and in-person visits to sell our EAM & CAFM software CareOffice • Conduct professional negotiations at decision-maker level • Build and maintain long-term business relationships in Germany • Prepare comprehensive proposals and solution concepts tailored to customer needs and their application landscape (in collaboration with technical colleagues) • Work closely with internal sales, project managers, product owners, development and marketing • Represent the company at trade shows, events and on social media

Job Requirements

  • Several years of practical experience in sales management and business development, including revenue responsibility, and a strong interest in deepening expertise in Enterprise Asset Management and Facility Management digitalization
  • Technical education or degree; sales or business administration training is an advantage
  • Convincing communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
  • Networked mindset, entrepreneurial flair and high self-motivation
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
  • Proficient with software (Windows, Office, ERP, EAM/CAFM, etc.)
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region (primarily Germany and Switzerland)
