Senior Program Manager – Supply Chain

• Serve as a Senior Program Manager responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting system integration activities across enterprise delivery and factory operations. • Lead concurrent programs while operating in a fast-paced, tactical environment that requires hands-on execution, strong cross-functional coordination, and strict adherence to 24–48 hour SLAs. • Partner closely with engineering, supply chain, operations, and business teams to troubleshoot system issues, maintain data integrity (inventories), prevent operational delays, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Manage and resolve system integrator requests within 24–48 hour SLAs, proactively identifying and eliminating operational blockers that could impact factory operations and rack delivery. • Analyze operational, inventory, and ERP (SAP) data using advanced Excel and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making and maintain data accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of program or project management experience in operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or service delivery environments.
  • 5–7 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience (complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting, data analysis).
  • 2–5 years of ERP system experience, preferably SAP.
  • Demonstrated experience managing SLA-driven workflows (24–48 hour response requirements).
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, tactical environments requiring hands-on execution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Each Camp Leadership Team is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high quality and efficient programs. They also provide mentorship and training to our Seasonal Instructors and are responsible for creating a positive, inclusive, and memorable work environment. Important Details Work Schedule : Sunday - Friday, with frequent trips and overnight stays in the field with our program groups. Position Duration: In person Camp Leadership training takes place May 1 - 3. Additional pre-season training takes place in Colorado May 23 - June 3. Transportation to and from required trainings + accommodations provided! Programs Run June through August, exact dates location depending. Compensation : Pay is determined based on position, additional responsibilities, relevant certifications, and staff tenure. Starting rates are below: Colorado: $1,119/week California: $1,352/week $350 WFR/EMT certification bonus at the end of the season Additional bonuses for advanced certifications: $100 - $400 per certification Due to California regulations, in order to drive our 15-passenger vans, staff must either possess a CDL or non-CA based drivers license. California Expedition Candidates who do not possess a CA driver's license will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
