Since our early years as a digital start-up, we’ve worked with hundreds of blue chips and international institutions across the world. Our communication skills training is used by more than 1,500 companies and by over 700,000 workplace learners, setting them apart in an increasingly complex and global business environment.    Your Career Opportunity  In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Group Audit & Consolidation Director on full-time hours and working from home remotely.  As a Group Finance Manager, you’ll have a direct impact on leading the monthly group consolidation and management reporting process for an international, UK-headquartered group. The role ensures robust financial controls, operational excellence, and high-quality financial data to support decision-making across the business. You will: - Lead group consolidation and month-end close across multiple international entities, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-controlled reporting - Own group management reporting, delivering high-quality monthly reporting packs for senior leadership, Board, and Lenders - Oversee group-level accounting and controls, including intercompany eliminations, FX, and complex technical accounting areas (e.g. capitalization), ensuring compliance with accounting standards - Coordinate global finance stakeholders, acting as the central point of contact between regional teams, auditors, and external advisors  - Support group tax and transfer pricing activities, including coordination of filings, intercompany recharges, and maintaining robust documentation  - Drive finance process improvements and transformation, leveraging systems to automate processes, improve controls, and enhance reporting insight      What You'll Offer  - A recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical accounting expertise - Advanced level of English - Proven experience in group consolidation and financial reporting within a multi-entity, international environment - Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and accounting standards - Exposure to international tax and/or transfer pricing coordination - Systems and process improvement mindset, ideally with experience in finance transformation and ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics)   What We Offer  - Work-Life Balance: Benefit from our remote work from home culture, with options to collaborate with colleagues in regional offices (if applicable). Your Responsibilities Our Chinatown Portfolio is growing with the addition of 41 LaGrange Apartments, a 126-unit affordable housing community in Boston, MA. The affordable program mix includes PB Section 8, LIHTC, MRVP. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The Property Manager will be responsible for leasing, accounts payable and receivable, monthly opening and closing process, waitlist management, legal management, annual recertifications, audits, rent collections, inspections, compliance, resident relations, vendor management, and staff supervision. Your Qualifications Property management experience is required. Experience with the PBV, LIHTC, and MRVP is preferred. COS, CPO, SCHM, and/or C3P certifications are preferred. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred. MS Office experience is required. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
