Billing Analyst

• Research and analyze billing-related issues, providing daily support to internal and external customers as required based on the assigned portfolio of accounts. • Analyze billing information to provide recommendations and data to ensure accurate translation of contract and billing information into applicable systems. • Manage specialized billing arrangements and processes that require escalated attention and intervention in order to drive on-time payment. • Manage electronic invoicing processes and analyze invoicing files and data. • Prepare, maintain, and distribute billing reports as required. • Maintain consistent, prompt, and accurate service levels to promote a world-class customer experience. • Provide ideas and leadership to address future requirements within the customer portfolio, striving to uncover opportunities for synergizing collective efforts across billing and GBS tasks, including miscellaneous billing projects/responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, process modeling, and documentation.
- Proven ability in translating business needs into technical requirements, strong facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

About The Role Our Insurance Billing Specialists focus on keeping insurance billing moving by submitting claims, posting dental insurance payments, and working insurance aging reports for our customers.
