• Responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads • Continuous analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking to ensure data-driven campaign management • Further development of our performance marketing strategies in close alignment with company objectives • Contribute your extensive marketing expertise to cross-location communication and marketing concepts • Project management for the implementation of classic marketing activities (online & offline) • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., executive management, locations, recruiting) and management of external agencies and service providers • Ensure consistent brand and target audience messaging across all channels
