• Partner closely with regional Sales leadership to support a disciplined, metrics-driven operating cadence. • Translate complex sales data into executive-level insights, preparing leadership-facing presentations. • Drive high-impact sales programs including pipeline generation campaigns and regional enablement initiatives. • Support territory optimization, account planning, and renewal tracking to help the NORAM Sales organization. • Support pricing, deal structure review, and approval processes in close partnership with the Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product organizations. • Serve as a project manager for cross-functional business operations initiatives. • Identify and implement AI-enabled tools and process automation.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations or sales operations within a SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Prior experience supporting sales teams in enterprise SaaS environments is required.
- Experience with US Financial Services accounts including banks, credit unions, or fintech companies is preferred.
- Proven ability to build trusted partnerships across a complex stakeholder landscape including Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
- A strategic, analytical thinker who translates complex sales data into executive-ready insights.
- Hands-on experience with MEDDPPICC or a comparable enterprise sales methodology.
- Experience leveraging AI tools or process automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to directly support sales leadership, running point on strategic projects, streamlining operations, and maintaining clarity within a fast-growing sales organization.
