• Ensure the service meets all legal and statutory requirements including (but not limited to) those related to fire regulations, health and safety at work, licensing, trading standards, employment, Care Standards Act and relevant country legislation and that all appropriate statutory notices are displayed. • Ensure that the relevant regulatory and commissioning bodies’ standards are achieved and that all staff are trained to understand and operate at this level. • Ensure that all service user documentation and records are maintained to a high standard in a timely manner, and that a programme of meaningful activities is available to all residents. Implement appropriate systems to ensure compliance with requirements. • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, peers and functional colleagues throughout the company. • Where required, ensure support/care staff are registered with the relevant body. Ensure that adequate references, appropriate criminal record/disclosure checks and relevant right to work documentation is obtained for all staff so that service users are protected. • Ensure sufficient and appropriate levels and mix of staff are recruited and rostered in accordance with service user requirements at all times. Ensure staff are inducted, trained, motivated and supported to achieve company standards and deliver the highest levels of care and customer service. • Lead the implementation of new services, drives referrals and admissions and share best practice with other sites and the wider team. • Responsible for achieving the agreed budget by maximising income, managing staffing costs appropriately and controlling other costs and expenditure. • Provide support to existing Home Managers in day to day operations ensuring that the service meets the organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal and regulatory requirements, environmental policies and general duty of care.

• Lead the day-to-day ownership, optimisation, and consistent delivery of core operational processes across our Healthcare division. • Ensure effective use of key systems, including staff rostering and patient record platforms • Lead a remote team of process professionals, driving system optimisation, workforce deployment, and continuous improvement • Develop SOPs and address training gaps where needed • Support operational teams to meet SLAs and performance targets • Drive continuous improvement using operational data and performance insight • Support system changes and implementations across multiple enterprise and clinical systems

• You’ll partner with operational teams to build financial awareness, providing training and support to non-finance stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • You’ll deliver month-end and ad hoc reporting, offering clear analysis of site performance, key variances, risks, and opportunities. • You’ll help services stay on budget by identifying issues and supporting effective action plans, while maintaining strong financial controls and data integrity in collaboration with the wider finance team. • You’ll also contribute to pricing initiatives, payroll approvals, and the development of accurate, timely business cases. • The role includes site visits to investigate variances and support margin improvement, alongside involvement in forecasting, budgeting, and wider commercial projects to enhance reporting and support better decision-making.

• Drive quality, performance, and consistency across autism services • Embed best practice and regulatory standards in partnership with the Quality Team • Identify risks and improvement opportunities • Set clear objectives and track progress to enhance outcomes and sustainability • Ensure teams are skilled and confident in supporting service users • Create environments that deliver positive, person-centred outcomes • Contribute to service growth and sustainability, supporting occupancy and funding considerations • Play a key role in delivering the autism Strategy • Provide expert guidance in autism and shape a specialist model for complex autism within Adult Care • Build strong relationships with Commissioners and stakeholders • Support service development, due diligence, and influence practice, policy, and continuous improvement.

• Play a pivotal role in driving sustainable occupancy and service growth for specialist residential ABI services. • Develop and strengthen relationships with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and NHS partners. • Ensure placements are clinically appropriate, outcomes-focused and aligned to local system priorities. • Work closely with commissioners to understand market requirements for service development. • Assist with the creation of Business Case reports using operational knowledge and market intelligence. • Identify potential contract opportunities and progress as required. • Support the Marketing team in developing key materials that support growth. • Collaborate with the Bidding team to evaluate public sector tenders.

• Act as a key link between sites, the project team, and central functions • Extracting, analyzing, and presenting data from the system to sites • Provide clear, actionable insights that support adoption, highlight performance, and identify opportunities for improvement • Coach site teams, troubleshoot issues, and reinforce best practice in system usage and administration processes • Adapt approach to different sites and stakeholders, ensuring a consistent and successful rollout experience

• Take full ownership of site performance, ensuring services consistently deliver safe, effective, and commercially sound outcomes. • Oversee quality, staffing, and financial performance, using data and insight to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. • Lead and manage Site Leaders, holding them accountable for delivery against key quality indicators, operational targets, and budgeted revenue and EBITDA. • Ensure regulatory compliance, respond effectively to audits and inspections. • Build high-performing teams by prioritising recruitment, retention, and development, coaching leaders and strengthening succession pipelines. • Responsibility for budget management, risk, and reputation. • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement across all services.

• Liaise with divisional and site-based colleagues to support the timely submission of accurate data for routine and ad hoc collections. • Collate, validate, and analyse information from multiple systems, producing clear and reliable reports. • Support the monitoring of Quality Performance Indicators (QPIs), including identifying trends and contributing to performance narratives. • Develop and maintain data systems. • Produce monthly and quarterly analyses to strict deadlines. • Ensure all outputs are accurate and well-presented. • Analyse divisional themes to inform improvement plans, contribute to scorecards and performance reports, support submissions to external bodies. • Take the lead on specific analytical projects in collaboration with the Director of Operational Information.
