Job Description

Marketing Analytics Specialist

• Work is typically performed under minimal daily supervision, receiving guidance from manager/supervisor about the work that needs to be completed • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on client opportunities and provide recommendations leveraging our Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) planning module for strategic data driven media proposal creation • Assist in the development, execution, and analysis of MMM to measure the impact of media investments across channels • Interpret MMM results to identify optimal media allocations, efficiency improvements, and budget recommendations • Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics Program Director to refine modeling analysis and incorporate emerging data sources • Create basic MMM dashboards, data visualizations, and reports to communicate findings • Assist in preparing materials that contribute to external presentations or client meetings • Create compelling data-driven narratives that help stakeholders understand marketing effectiveness, ROI, and future investment strategies • Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for client teams • Identify opportunities to optimize media spend, channel mix, and campaign effectiveness based on model outputs • Work cross-functionally with Marketing Science, Insights and Strategy, Targeting, Client Success and Sales teams to align analytical findings with client campaign goals

Job Requirements

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, account management/strategy or media measurement, with a strong focus on Marketing Mix Modeling and campaign performance analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools and presentation tools (Tableau, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of basic statistics and marketing performance metrics
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and eagerness to learn
  • Able to communicate analytical findings clearly to peers or business teams
  • Strong understanding of various media strategies and how they interact with one another
  • Strong presentation skills
