This role sits at the intersection of business process excellence, data intelligence, and enterprise technology - serving as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You will drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, from initial lead capture through opportunity management, quoting, order fulfillment, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Key Responsibilities Process Analysis & Optimization - Map, analyze, and continuously improve end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and billing systems; including the integration of AI to streamline our workflows. - Conduct current-state and future-state process design sessions with business stakeholders, translating complex workflows into clear, actionable system requirements. - Lead cross-functional process harmonization initiatives, ensuring consistency and scalability as the business grows. - Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including workflow diagrams, RACI matrices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). KPI & Data Analysis - Partner with data engineering and BI teams to develop dashboards and reporting solutions that surface actionable insights for business leaders. - Conduct root-cause analysis on process and system failures, translating findings into prioritized improvement recommendations. - Champion data quality and governance standards across source systems, ensuring integrity from CRM through ERP to the data warehouse.
