Product Analyst II – Men's Perfumery

• Actively contribute to the category’s annual strategic planning with a consumer-centered perspective and awareness of market trends. • Prepare and analyze category performance reports, proposing corrective actions, adjustments, and/or improvements to drive results. • Conduct market and portfolio analyses, identifying growth opportunities through commercial strategies, channels, and product development. • Monitor and validate projections and expected volume calculations for launches and baseline products. • Turn data and analyses into strategic insights, building robust presentations to support initiatives with leadership. • Co-develop Go-to-Market plans for the year’s launches in partnership with innovation teams and key company areas. • Provide strategic readings of market studies (Kantar, BTI and similar), translating data into action plans focused on category development, competitive positioning, and value creation for the business. • Lead the area’s operational processes, acting as the focal point for validation and verification of promotional materials, ensuring excellence in execution of the strategy and correct positioning of sub-brands.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools for organizing, manipulating, and visualizing data (Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Tableau).
- Prior experience in Product Marketing with a strategic focus and business sense is a differential.
- Experience with Direct Selling (DS) channels is a plus.
- Passion for developing categories and increasing their relevance and leadership in the market.
- Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams and lead projects involving different areas, ensuring alignment and end-to-end execution.
- Strategic mindset, ability to structure robust proposals, and focus on driving value for the business.
- Organizational skills, proactivity, adaptability, and curiosity as key traits to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Assist in documenting integration workflows, field mappings, payload structures, and error-handling requirements under the direction of the Senior Analyst. • Review API documentation, webhook configurations, and event-driven specifications to support integration design and client guidance. • Help prepare functional integration specifications, sequence diagrams, and technical documentation for engineering and implementation teams. • Support clients in understanding API usage, authentication methods, rate limits, and integration best practices. • Use tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI to validate and trace API behavior during integration testing. • Lead data discovery and profiling activities—reading and interpreting legacy data structures, identifying data quality issues, and documenting migration scope and complexity. • Build and maintain detailed data mapping documents that define source-to-target field relationships, transformation rules, data type conversions, and handling of null or invalid values. • Translate mapping analysis into clear validation criteria and reconciliation checklists for use during mock conversions and UAT cycles. • Execute test scripts and data reconciliation queries during mock conversion cycles, documenting results and surfacing discrepancies for resolution. • Support post-migration data audits by querying target datasets and validating record counts, field accuracy, and transformation outcomes against defined expectations. • Document migration cutover plans and coordinate with data engineering teams during execution phases. • Participate in requirements elicitation sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to capture integration and data migration needs. • Assist in translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

• Manage and perform daily reconciliation of QSF accounts, reviewing and resolving bank-presented exceptions to ensure account accuracy and integrity. • Coordinate with banks to open and close accounts, draft and respond to bank notices and correspondence, and maintain organized records of all communications. • Support the Disbursement team by processing wire transfers, bank transfers, and positive pay uploads in a timely and accurate manner. • Assist the Case Closure department with stale fund research and remediation, including coordinating with outside agencies to release funds to the appropriate states via wire or online payment. • Generate and process critical banking documentation including cancelled check copies, fraud packets, bank statements, and check reissues.
