Your role at DynatraceThe Leave Advisor manages the day-to-day administration of employee leave programs in the United States, including Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), FMLA, and state-mandated leave programs. This role works closely with an outsourced leave administration partner to ensure accurate case management, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience. The position also supports the administration of ADA workplace accommodations, partnering with HR, managers, and vendors to ensure timely, compliant, and consistent outcomes. This is a part-time role focused on operational execution, employee support, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Leave Administration (STD, LTD, FMLA & State Leaves) - Administer U.S. leave of absence programs, including STD, LTD, FMLA, and applicable state and local leave programs. - Manage leave cases from intake through return to work, ensuring accurate documentation, eligibility determination, and timely follow-up. - Partner with the outsourced leave administration vendor to coordinate leave approvals, extensions, denials, and return-to-work actions. - Monitor vendor data accuracy and case progression; escalate issues or discrepancies as appropriate. - Ensure leave designations align with federal, state, and company policies.
