Role Description The LOA Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end administration of employee leaves of absence, ensuring strict compliance with federal, state (particularly California), and local regulations. The primary focus will be LOA processing, but this role also supports benefits billing and other benefits-related administrative functions. The Specialist will deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate closely with Employee Relations, Payroll, and other internal partners.
