Senior Commercial Product Manager

Role Description Veilant builds secure digital software products for organizations operating in high-risk, high-stakes environments. Our solutions help protect communications, infrastructure, identity, and sensitive workflows for national security, defense, and regulated commercial sectors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proven commercial product leader to help us evaluate, position, and bring our technology into broader commercial markets. The Sr. Commercial Product Manager will be responsible for helping Veilant determine where our existing technologies can create meaningful commercial value. This is a new role, and it is ideal for someone who has successfully taken complex software products from concept, validation, or government use into commercial markets. You will: - Assess our current product portfolio. - Study market demand. - Identify viable commercial opportunities. - Evaluate pricing and packaging models. - Develop a clear go-to-market launch plan. This role requires a strategic thinker, a builder, and a proven product leader who can operate with ambiguity, translate technical capabilities into market value, and create a practical roadmap for commercialization. Qualifications - 10+ years of technology product management, commercial product strategy, or product commercialization experience. - Proven track record of successfully launching technology products into commercial markets. - Experience evaluating product-market fit, market opportunity, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy. - Strong ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value for commercial buyers. - Experience working with executive leadership to shape product strategy and investment decisions. - Demonstrated success operating in ambiguous or early-stage environments. - Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer discovery, and business case development. - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders. - Experience building launch plans that connect product capabilities, market needs, sales motion, pricing, and operational readiness. Requirements - Experience in a startup, growth-stage, or zero-to-one product environment. - Background commercializing products originally developed for government, defense, national security, or highly regulated markets. - Experience with cybersecurity, secure communications, privacy technology, infrastructure, SaaS, enterprise software, or mission-critical technology. - Familiarity with regulated commercial sectors such as financial services, healthcare, legal, critical infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, or enterprise security. - Experience developing channel, partner, or enterprise sales strategies for complex technical solutions. - MBA or equivalent commercial strategy experience is a plus, but not required. Contracts Manager

Role Description System High a Veilant Company is a mission-focused company dedicated to protecting the most sensitive national security programs and technologies. From advanced R&D to classified operations, we provide proactive protection throughout the lifecycle of our customers' missions. We are growing our team and looking to bring on a Contracts Manager who understands the real-world impact of getting the details right. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in FAR/DFARS, experienced in supporting complex government contracts and proposals, and motivated to contribute to a team where contracts are strategic and mission-critical, not just administrative. As a Contracts Manager at System High, you will manage a portfolio of U.S. government contracts from pre-award to closeout. You will: - Lead the review, negotiation, and management of government and commercial contracts, subcontracts, and modifications (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQs) - Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations while advising internal stakeholders on contractual risk and mitigation - Partner with Business Development to support proposal development, including pricing strategy, Model Contract Volumes, OCI, NDAs, and Teaming Agreements - Maintain complete, audit-ready contract files and ensure all contract deliverables are met - Support internal coordination across Security, Finance, Program Management, and Legal to align contract terms with execution needs - Oversee contract administration activities including funding tracking, deliverables, and closeouts What You’ll Accomplish in Your First Six Months: - Take ownership of a portfolio of active DoD and IC contracts, leading reviews, any active negotiations, managing execution risks and success from a contracts lens and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS - Partner cross-functionally with BD, Finance, Security, and PMs to support proposals, streamline processes, and improve contract execution - Identify and implement at least one improvement to a contract management process to increase efficiency or reduce risk Qualifications - Minimum of 4 years of experience in government contract management with focus on managing prime contracts - Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and applicable agency supplements - Experience supporting a variety of contract types including FFP, Cost Plus with varying Incentive Fee structures (AF, FF, IF), T&M, and IDIQs - Demonstrated success in proposal development, contract negotiation and advising internal teams - Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments along with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Requirements - Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance - Experience supporting classified programs or cleared environments - Proposal writing - Prior experience working with contract management systems or compliance tools - Experience with contract audits and closeouts (DCAA, DCMA) - Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Government, or a related field Benefits - Work on high-impact, technically challenging problems - Teamwork over competition - Solid work-life balance - Flexible remote work options - Collaborate with talented software developers, systems engineers, and subject matter experts
