Role Description As the Proposal Developer for U.S. Loss Adjusting, this role delivers both technical and administrative expertise throughout the RFP and RFI response cycle. It supports all services offered within U.S. Loss Adjusting, helping to ensure that each final proposal response accurately reflects the Company’s capabilities, value, and benefits. - Oversees the full lifecycle of each RFP—from initial intake through final submission. - Maintains accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. - Independently coordinates multiple concurrent RFP efforts that contribute directly to corporate revenue objectives. - Shapes the strategic positioning of each proposal response. - Leads cross‑functional subject matter experts and gathers technical input. - Produces high‑quality, client‑focused proposal documents. - Ensures responses meet or exceed expectations in clarity, professionalism, and overall quality.
