• Manage the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires from initial intake to final submission. • Maintain the Responsive (RFPIO) content library by updating question-answer pairs, metadata, and review cadences based on new product releases. • Coordinate project timelines and lead cross-functional meetings with Sales, Legal, Security, and other stakeholders to ensure punctual fulfillment of client requests and content deliverables. • Translate technical product specifications into customer-friendly language and proofread all stakeholder inputs for grammatical accuracy.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing RFPs, DDQs, and Security Assessments within Cloud or SaaS software organizations.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, and dedicated RFP automation software.
- Demonstrated experience in technical writing and editing for cybersecurity or IT-related products.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with fixed external deadlines.
