Senior/Director of Operations – Fulfillment & Logistics
BodilyA Resource for Women's Bodies and Maternal Health
• We're looking for an experienced operations leader to own fulfillment, logistics, and retail compliance across all three of our sales channels. • This is a project-based engagement focused on strengthening our operational infrastructure as we scale our retail and marketplace presence. • This is a hands-on, decision-making role — not advisory or strategic consulting. • You'll be the person accountable for product getting to the right place, on time, in compliance, across every channel. • Full strategic and operational ownership of our 3PL relationship. SLAs, performance, cost management, and quality across DTC, Amazon, and retail fulfillment. • Ensuring flawless pack-out, accurate EDI documentation, and full compliance with big-box retailer routing and packaging requirements. • Inventory replenishment, shipment planning, and FBA compliance. • Managing the co-manufacturing relationship for a functional beverage SKU in mass retail — forecasting, production scheduling, and quality. • Working closely with an offshore fulfillment operations coordinator and collaborating with our production and finance teams on cross-functional operations.
