• Own end-to-end creator recruiting including sourcing, outreach, vetting, negotiation, and onboarding • Build and manage a diverse pipeline of creators across nano, micro, mid, and macro tiers • Identify and recruit talent using Meta Creator Marketplace and TikTok Creator Marketplace • Conduct outreach beyond platform tools including cold outreach, referrals, and community sourcing • Evaluate creator fit including audience quality, engagement authenticity, and brand alignment • Negotiate rates and partnership terms aligned with performance and budget expectations • Expand into new platforms and partnership formats as the program scales • Maintain accurate tracking of creator relationships, pipeline status, and performance
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in influencer recruiting, creator partnerships, or talent management
- Hands-on experience using Meta Creator Marketplace and TikTok Creator Marketplace
- Strong outreach, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to assess creator quality, audience authenticity, and engagement metrics
- Experience working with performance data including CPM, EMV, and conversion metrics
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with multiple active partnerships
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in health, wellness, telehealth, or regulated consumer industries (preferred)
- Familiarity with affiliate and performance-based partnership structures (preferred)
- Experience with influencer platforms such as Grin, Aspire, CreatorIQ, or Impact (preferred)
- Existing network of creators or talent managers in relevant niches (preferred)
- Experience building or scaling partnership programs (preferred)
