Senior Director, Enterprise

Ensono

• Promote and drive executive client relationships by providing thought leadership and consultation on the alignment of client business needs to Ensono and partner products and services. • Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in client organizations; grow revenue and drive new opportunities for Ensono’s end-to-end portfolio. • Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for all deals. Regularly monitor sales trends and market dynamics, incorporating insights into account strategy and planning. • Partner in a cross-functional model with Enterprise Architecture Teams, Client Success Managers, Operational & Delivery teams to provide domain expertise and represent Ensono. • Communicate information effectively to diverse audiences, internal and external, recognizing business and product terms and value. • Serve as a trusted IT advisor to clients and participate in their strategic planning. • Challenge current thinking, assumptions, and status quo to drive results and innovation. • Recruit, mentor, and grow the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Senior-level sales leadership experience, including management of high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrable experience in consultative sales, preferably in technology/managed service solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in previous roles.
  • Significant experience in managing, reporting, and accurately forecasting sales pipelines.
  • Experience in managing and closing complex sales opportunities.
  • Proven success in managing clients with multiple lines of business.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
  • Experience with managed services, hosting, mainframe, security, and outsourcing.
  • Broad relationship development and networking experience.
  • Ability to cultivate and strengthen strong client relationships with senior business and IT staff.
