Role Description The Senior Inside Sales Representative is a pivotal role that combines master-level negotiation with technical automotive expertise. Tasked with managing the full lifecycle of auction deals, you will use your extensive background in vehicle appraisals to provide accurate, real-time valuations that drive closings. This position requires a professional with exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to build long-term loyalty with a growing dealer network. You aren't just selling; you are consulting on value to ensure every deal is a win. With a sharp eye for market value and a proactive approach to outreach, this role is responsible for connecting the right buyers to the right vehicles every day — turning listed inventory into closed deals through timely engagement and trusted dealer relationships. What You Will Do: - Work closely with Territory Sales Managers to quickly and efficiently work IF Bids daily - Build, enhance, and nurture customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and generate business - Partner with Territory Sales Managers and Performance Managers in assigned areas - Manage relationships with existing customers - On sale days, proactively reach out to your book of buyers and get them to engage with the platform - Meet specified targets for buyer attendance for the online auction - Have an in-depth knowledge of EBlock’s platform and set new clients up for success using the platform - Discover sales opportunities through consumer research - Track and report on individual KPIs including call volume, outbound activity, conversion rates, and closed deal counts on a weekly basis - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by the Regional Sales Manager - Maintain a pulse on shifting market trends and wholesale valuation fluctuations - Maintain high levels of phone activity to proactively secure deals and expand dealer networks - Assist in the continuous improvement of sales processes and team-wide objectives Qualifications - Proven experience increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred but not required - Experience in the auto industry - Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs - Familiarity with wholesale vehicle pricing tools - Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume call environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism - Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset - Excellent communication skills - Proficiently navigate CRM platforms, auction software, and valuation tools to streamline deal flow - Organizational and leadership ability - Results-oriented and self-motivated, with the discipline to thrive by autonomy - Problem-solving aptitude Working Conditions - Remote-first work structure - Full-Time variable schedule on weekdays - Minor travels may be needed What We Offer: - Competitive pay - Medical, Dental & Vision - RSP programs - Company paid Group Life/AD&D insurance - Paid time off - Flexible working environment - Continuous Learning - And an amazing culture to top it all off!
