Role Description Como Gerente de Desarrollo Comercial, impulsarás el crecimiento dinámico y la expansión de la cartera de marcas de Monster Energy, alineándote con los emocionantes objetivos comerciales de la compañía. Tu misión es conquistar el panorama de ventas y distribución, asegurando el dominio de Monster en tu región/distrito asignado dentro de la Unidad Operativa de Coca Cola. Este rol fundamental exige una habilidad excepcional en la gestión de distribuidores, sólidas habilidades de trabajo de campo, incluyendo negociación estratégica, visitas impactantes y dominio de la ejecución en el mercado. Forjarás relaciones poderosas, impulsando el éxito de Monster y liberando la energía electrizante de nuestras marcas en tu territorio. - Gestionar las relaciones con los distribuidores y algunos clientes en el territorio asignado. - Responsable de la ejecución en el mercado en el comercio tradicional y moderno. - Maximizar la venta y distribución de todos los productos de la compañía en la región asignada mediante el establecimiento y ejecución adecuada de programas de ventas locales y nacionales. - Entrenar y capacitar a la fuerza de ventas de distribuidores/embotelladores para involucrarlos con la marca Monster y sus objetivos. - Asegurar la ejecución de estrategias de cuentas nacionales y regionales para todos los productos de la compañía y lograr los objetivos de ventas, beneficios y cuota de mercado para todas las cuentas y/o programas nacionales y regionales. - Monitorear la actividad del mercado/minorista para desarrollar las estrategias más rentables para impulsar el volumen y la rentabilidad a través del aumento de la penetración y promoción. - Desarrollar, gestionar y/o maximizar asociaciones para mejorar el rendimiento. - Desarrollar y usar herramientas objetivas, información y retroalimentación para establecer metas y resultados de rendimiento de región y área. - Realizar revisiones de rendimiento empresarial con distribuidores/embotelladores para rastrear, monitorear y ajustar los esfuerzos y producir resultados deseados en todos los segmentos clave del negocio. - Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de Ventas Nacionales y Gestión de Cuentas Regionales para comprender y comunicar los programas y actividades de clientes que afectan su respectivo mercado. Qualifications - Se prefiere una Licenciatura en el campo de Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado. - Experiencia adicional deseada: Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en ventas. - Experiencia adicional deseada: Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en entornos de ventas al por menor, mayorista o distribuidor. - Habilidades informáticas deseadas: Usuario avanzado de Microsoft Office.

• Design and develop web applications in Oracle APEX, creating pages, interactive reports, forms, and dashboards with a focus on usability and performance; • Model and optimize database structures, including tables, views, procedures, and packages in PL/SQL; • Configure and administer Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) to publish secure and efficient REST APIs; • Create, version, and document REST endpoints, ensuring best practices for authentication, authorization, and API governance; • Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), orchestrating services between internal and external systems; • Consume REST and SOAP APIs within APEX and integrate flows via OIC to automate business processes; • Design robust and scalable solutions, ensuring performance, security, and reliability of integrations and applications.
