Lead Developers guide and coach their teams in their implementation and application. - You will champion and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD, pair programming and design patterns. - You will oversee or take part in the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to evolution in production and everything in between. - You will use and advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software as well as value to end customers as early as possible. - You will design solutions and choose technologies that solve clients’ problems while working within constraints and make pragmatic tradeoffs. - You will collaborate with a variety of teammates to build features, design concepts and interactive prototypes and ensure best practices and UX specifications are embedded along the way. - You will apply the latest technology thinking from our Technology Radar to solve client problems. - You will apply a variety of languages and tools to your work and continue to code alongside Developers; you will not be post-technical in this role. - You will efficiently utilize and champion DevSecOps tools and practices to build and deploy software, advocating devops culture and shifting security left in development. - You will cultivate Thoughtworker growth and development by encouraging feedback and fostering an inclusive, supportive team culture. Qualifications - You are well-versed in two or more languages TypeScript, React.Js and are comfortable with the latest Object-Oriented technology. - Proficiency in Kotlin and Spring Boot. - You have led software development teams using Agile, Lean and/or Continuous. - Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, pairing and infrastructure automation. - Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker or Kubernetes. - You enjoy continuously learning and improving, whether it is through functional programming paradigms, event driven architecture, platform engineering or others. - English advanced for conversation. - Must have experience leading a team. • Design and develop web applications in Oracle APEX, creating pages, interactive reports, forms, and dashboards with a focus on usability and performance; • Model and optimize database structures, including tables, views, procedures, and packages in PL/SQL; • Configure and administer Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) to publish secure and efficient REST APIs; • Create, version, and document REST endpoints, ensuring best practices for authentication, authorization, and API governance; • Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), orchestrating services between internal and external systems; • Consume REST and SOAP APIs within APEX and integrate flows via OIC to automate business processes; • Design robust and scalable solutions, ensuring performance, security, and reliability of integrations and applications.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain prompts and interaction flows for natural language models. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of model responses applied to business use cases. • Design, test, and refine prompts for different use cases. • Create reusable and well-documented prompt libraries.

• Responsible for implementing new solutions, customizing existing flows, enhancing features and ensuring the maintenance of critical environments. • Develop and maintain solutions on the Genesys Cloud platform. • Customize and optimize contact flows using Architect. • Perform integrations with internal and external systems via REST APIs. • Handle support, incident resolution and continuous improvements. • Collaborate with business and support teams to understand and translate technical requirements. • Document processes and ensure development best practices.
