• Design and develop software applications that incorporate AI and Machine Learning models • Integrate AI models with existing systems, APIs, data pipelines, and distributed architectures • Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers on building, training, versioning, and deploying models • Implement MLOps practices to ensure automation, monitoring, traceability, and scalability of models in production • Develop solutions based on LLMs (Large Language Models), such as chatbots, recommendation systems, classification, semantic search, and intelligent automation • Ensure code quality, security, performance, and software engineering best practices • Participate in architectural decisions, technical reviews, and the definition of standards • Drive continuous improvement of solutions by evaluating model and software performance metrics • Document technical solutions and share knowledge with the team

• Work on an SAP Commerce migration project, supporting the adaptation of the new SAP Commerce platform to the current data flows; • Perform maintenance and adjustments on existing pipelines, following directions and priorities defined by the client; • Contribute to the continuity of data migration and integration initiatives related to the project; • Support requests that fall outside the project's initial scope, ensuring the evolution and stability of data flows; • Participate in the analysis, correction, and enhancement of existing data processes; • Collaborate with the team on the maintenance and adaptation of solutions during the technological transition period.

• Work dedicated to the Beauty category, with a focus on CRM and analytical support; • Act as the bridge between the business and data, ensuring strategic interpretation of information and supporting decision-making; • Serve as an internal analytics consultant and data ambassador to the Customer Intelligence team and the Marketing Director; • Evaluate CRM campaign performance, including A/B tests and pilots to measure impact; • Analyze customer purchasing behavior to identify opportunities to increase value capture in the category; • Analyze campaign results by action, period, customer, and product, monitoring their evolution over time; • Compare campaigns within the same segment or across different segments, assessing their impact on the customer base; • Propose improvements for campaigns based on historical analyses, customer profiles, and identified opportunities; • Support strategic business areas in understanding campaign triggers and analyzing their results; • Work continuously and responsively, handling tactical requests and contributing to the ongoing development of the project.
