Influence strategic cloud initiatives and build world-class cloud solutions that enable business agility and long-term innovation. - Develop and implement a comprehensive AWS cloud strategy, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals. - Provide technical leadership and advocacy, championing cloud-native best practices and innovation. - Lead and drive architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency. - Architect secure, scalable, and highly available AWS cloud environments. - Develop and maintain enterprise-wide cloud blueprints, patterns, and frameworks to drive consistency. - Research and integrate emerging cloud technologies to foster continuous innovation. - Lead adoption and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Helm. - Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline cloud deployments and operations. - Implement self-healing and automated failover mechanisms to enhance resilience and reliability. - Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS, Helm, IAM) for scalability and security. - Define and enforce best practices for containerized applications and orchestration. - Improve Kubernetes networking, ingress, and observability solutions to enhance performance. - Establish and enforce security best practices for AWS environments, including IAM, WAF, Secret Manager, and encryption. - Implement zero-trust security models and secure multi-account AWS environments. - Conduct security audits, incident response, and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Deploy and manage monitoring tools (DataDog, Splunk, CloudWatch, Coralogix) to ensure visibility and observability. - Implement SRE principles to enhance system uptime, reliability, and efficiency. - Conduct post-mortem analysis and drive continuous improvements in cloud performance. - Work closely with software developers, system engineers, and security teams to design and implement cloud solutions. - Provide mentorship, training, and technical leadership to engineering teams. - Drive industry engagement by sharing expertise through public speaking, contributing to open-source projects, and participating in technical advisory boards. - Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications - Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required. - 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required. - 5 years of experience in: - Designing and developing middleware services using Java frameworks including Spring Boot and Apache Camel. - Implementing messaging systems including AWS SQS and EventBridge. - Optimizing middleware services for high performance, scalability, and fault tolerance. - Developing low-code workflow applications using Appian. - Creating user-friendly interfaces and workflows. - Designing and implementing event-driven architecture using Salesforce’s Platform Events or Change Data Capture. - Implementing APIs from middleware for Salesforce CPQ solutions. - Managing AWS cloud infrastructure using services including CloudFormation. - Developing serverless applications with AWS Lambda and API Gateway. - Developing user-facing interfaces with modern JavaScript framework Angular. - Managing release pipelines using CI/CD tools including Jenkins. - Writing API test suites with tools such as Postman. Benefits - Salary range: $157,248.00 to $177k/year + standard company benefits. - National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. • Evaluate and select optimal model architectures (LLMs, SLMs, or traditional ML) based on mission requirements, considering tradeoffs between accuracy, latency, and cost • Guide customers on 'Build vs. Buy vs. Fine-tune' decisions, prioritizing open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Falcon) • Design and implement robust data pipelines within CDP to transform 'messy' legacy data into AI-ready formats • Develop and optimize Vector Databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to ground AI responses in verified agency facts • Optimize model inference for production environments using quantization, pruning, and hardware acceleration (NVIDIA GPU orchestration) • Collaborate with the customer’s AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to establish automated guardrails for ethics, bias mitigation, and FedRAMP/IL5 compliance • Translate complex technical AI concepts into mission-value briefings for GS-level stakeholders and agency leadership

• Consult with multiple clients simultaneously to understand business and technical needs • Be a trusted advisor to assigned clients; help align customer expectations with best practices • Develop strategic roadmaps and project plans based on customer goals • Work with clients and Project Managers to set expectations, drive alignment, and coordinate timelines • Document and present recommendations to customers, including senior leadership • Translate customer requirements into LOE estimates, design documents and keep project tracking boards up to date • Provide guidance to Cloud Engineers as they implement customer roadmaps • Quality check engineering work; ensure top quality work and customer satisfaction • Support Presales Cloud Solutions Architects in proposal design and positioning • Mentor Cloud Engineers

• Works in partnership with supplier management, sales and marketing teams to develop and implement specific industry and account penetration strategies • Produces account specific product and sales enablement plans • Provides assessments and drives leads from pipeline identification to sale acceleration and completion • Provides technical leadership and direction to channel partners and sales staff with pre-sales activities in the assigned market • Demonstrates technical leadership and subject matter expertise of network products (hardware, software, cloud, services, marketplace, financing, etc. ) solutions • Acts as technical expert and consultant to develop and propose solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of assigned channel partners and their end users • Leads in the discovery, analysis, design, demonstration, and refinement of fully integrated technology solutions • Leverages knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections to specific solutions • Makes technical and sales presentations to channel partner’s technical and sales staff, customers, and Arrow personnel • Working with Arrow marketing teams to create and produce digital channel-ready technical content that is published to Arrow social media sites and networks • Serves as a trusted technology influencer to channel partners and serves as an internal Arrow resource on technical plays or specific business applications and outcomes within an assigned market segment • Successfully builds relationships with the Arrow account team, partners and end users in support of sales objectives
