Job Summary Responsible for providing therapeutic counseling and support to youth in a clinical setting, addressing behavioral, emotional, and psychological issues. Works closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that support the overall well-being of youth. Yes Essential Functions -Provide individual and group counseling services to youth in need of behavioral or emotional support. -Develop and implement care plans tailored to the specific needs of each youth in collaboration with healthcare providers and family members. -Conduct assessments to identify behavioral, emotional, and psychological challenges in youth. -Work with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and medical staff, to ensure comprehensive care. -Monitor progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the youth. -Maintain accurate documentation and records of all counseling sessions, assessments, and treatment plans. -Facilitate skill-building activities and interventions designed to promote emotional resilience, coping strategies, and social development. -Engage with families and caregivers to provide support, education, and resources related to the youth’s care.
