They are the bridge between Sailor and the health systems, primary care practices, senior living communities, home care agencies, and community organizations that support older adults every day. As the first Provider Partnership Manager in New Jersey, you will help launch Sailor in a brand-new market serving millions of seniors. This is a highly entrepreneurial opportunity where you’ll build Sailor’s local presence from the ground up. You’ll be in the field developing relationships across the healthcare ecosystem and establishing Sailor as the trusted behavioral health partner for older adults in the market. This is a uniquely meaningful role. Because of our focus on senior mental health and insurance-covered care, you’ll often be the only person in the room doing what you do. Every conversation is an opportunity to advocate for an overlooked population and expand access to care for older adults who too often fall through the cracks. At Sailor, we lead with our why, and you’ll represent that mission every day in the communities you serve. 💻 What You’ll Do - Build Referral Partnerships: Develop relationships with physicians, care coordinators, social workers, assisted living facilities, and senior-focused organizations. Educate providers and office staff on Sailor Health’s services, patient eligibility, and referral workflows - Own Territory Growth: Grow referral volume across your market by developing new partnerships, managing relationships with high-priority accounts, and driving consistent outreach across the local healthcare ecosystem. - Operate in the Field. Spend 4–5 days per week meeting partners in person across your territory. Attend community events, provider meetings, and networking opportunities - Collaborate Cross-Functionally. Partner closely with clinical, operations, and patient experience teams to ensure a seamless referral and onboarding experience. Share market feedback to improve provider experience, patient activation, and growth strategy. Help refine outreach processes, messaging, and partnership playbooks as the company scales - You're comfortable with range. You can give a presentation to 20 providers and walk into a solo PCP's office to build a 1-on-1 relationship. • Support people operations workflows, including onboarding new hires, managing employee records, coordinating benefits enrollment, and tracking compliance items • Own both founders' calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics • Coordinate team events and culture-building activities that keep our crew happy and connected • Own operational workflows in the founders' office end-to-end • Manage day-to-day office operations of our NYC office, including supplies, vendor relationships, meal coordination, and maintaining a productive workspace • Support the co-founders in preparing materials for internal and external meetings • Serve as a key point of contact for the team, triaging requests and communications to the founders and ensuring timely follow-through • Handle ad hoc projects and research that support the founders across strategy, operations, and company-building
