Role Description We’re looking for a highly resourceful Founder’s Operational Assistant to work directly alongside the founder and help build the operational backbone of the company. This is not a traditional assistant role - you’ll act as a strategic operator across legal compliance, hiring, HR, partnerships, research, and day-to-day execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, loves startups, understands legal/compliance frameworks, and knows how to leverage AI tools to work smarter and faster. What You’ll Do - Legal & Compliance Operations - Support the founder with legal and operational compliance requirements, particularly within Swedish startup regulations and frameworks - Research and manage compliance related to: Employees, Freelancers/contractors, International workers, Employment classifications - Ensure contracts, documentation, and internal processes remain compliant - Stay updated on startup legal requirements and operational risks - Research & Strategic Execution - Conduct research on: Payroll systems and providers, HR platforms, Legal frameworks, International hiring solutions, Operational tools and software - Summarize findings into clear recommendations for leadership - Identify operational inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions - Founder Support & Communication Management - Manage inbox communications and prioritize important emails - Draft professional emails, follow-ups, and external communications - Organize meetings, follow-ups, and internal action items - Ensure the founder stays focused on high-value priorities - Outreach & Partnership Development - Conduct outreach to psychologists, experts, and potential collaborators - Help coordinate partnership conversations and follow-ups - Support growth initiatives through proactive networking and communication - HR, Talent & Hiring Operations - Support recruitment and hiring efforts - Coordinate interviews and candidate communications - Help build hiring systems and talent pipelines - Research compensation structures and payroll solutions - Assist in creating scalable people operations systems - General Startup Operations - Help create processes where none exist - Manage cross-functional operational tasks - Support execution across multiple departments - Act as a trusted right-hand partner to the founder Qualifications - Experience in use of AI tools / AI optimisation - Experience in Legal / Legal research - Experience in startups Benefits - Company Equity
