Key Responsibilities: - Use ApplyRight’s AI-powered tool to identify relevant job opportunities for each client based on their background and preferences. - Apply to high-quality job listings on behalf of clients while meeting daily/weekly volume and quality benchmarks. - Set up and maintain client profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and relevant industry-specific job boards. - Create and manage dedicated professional email accounts to handle all job-related communication on behalf of clients. - Conduct reverse recruitment by identifying and contacting hiring managers or recruiters at relevant companies. - Send personalized outreach messages to recommend candidates and initiate direct engagement. - Track all job applications, communications, and responses using tools like ClickUp, Google Sheets, or similar platforms. - Monitor email and job platform responses and follow up accordingly to maintain engagement. - Identify and flag trends or recurring challenges in job search performance for further optimization. - Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality across all communication and data handling.
