Role Description As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with large enterprise clients. You will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the technology industry. - Identify and target new business opportunities with large enterprise clients in the New York area - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts - Understand client needs and pain points, and position Lovefreedom Solution's products and services as solutions to their business challenges - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings - Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics - Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis - Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to sales management - Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees), from prospecting to close - Manage a pipeline that is approximately 70% outbound and 30% inbound, requiring a proactive, hunter mentality - Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles, engaging with HR, TA leaders, and C-suite executives - Master and articulate Maki's value proposition, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer pains in the recruitment industry - Collaborate closely with the CEO and a growing GTM team, including BDRs and sales enablement, to shape and execute our US sales strategy Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology industry - Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles - Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed Benefits - Competitive salary and commission structure - Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan with company match - Flexible work schedule and remote work options - Opportunities for career growth and development - Dynamic and collaborative work environment Company Description Lovefreedom Solution is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions for businesses around the world.
