Role Description We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (EV Operations) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline voice for our electric vehicle (EV) charging station clients, delivering exceptional customer support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for users. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding EV charging station operations and issues - Provide clear guidance and support on how to use EV charging stations effectively - Troubleshoot technical problems related to charging stations, escalating complex issues to technical teams when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions using data entry tools - Track open tickets to ensure timely resolution and provide proactive status updates to users and internal stakeholders - Assist with outbound calls to follow up on service requests or gather feedback from clients - Support client onboarding by explaining features, procedures, and safety protocols for EV stations - Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships Qualifications - Proven experience in customer support or call center environments, especially in tech or client services roles - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently in English - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation - Experience with outbound calling, customer service, and client engagement strategies - Demonstrated analysis skills to identify issues quickly and suggest appropriate solutions - Knowledge of EV operations or related technology is a plus but not required; training will be provided Requirements - EV Familiarity: 1 year (required) - Call center: 2 years (required) Benefits - Paid time off - Work from home Company Description Flexis is a global IT services company specializing in outsourced NOC (Network Operations Center), Help Desk, and SOC (Security Operations Center) solutions. The Associate Operation Specialist will work with a cross-functional team of program management, finance, technical, and marketing personnel. You will be responsible for the preparation and submission of weekly invoices, report generation and reconciliation, updating monthly presentations for our client and managing and reviewing project applications.
