Licensed Insurance Agent – Medicare

Brown & Brown Insurance

• Conducting telephone appointments with qualified and interested clients. • Researching plans through internal plan selector tools. • Enrolling clients into appropriate Medicare plans. • Delivering phenomenal service to our clients while meeting sales goals. • Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Current Life & Health licensure required for home state and/or other states.
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience marketing and selling Medicare Supplement and/or Medicare Advantage plans required.
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience working in an independent Medicare-focused insurance agency required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other technology specific to the insurance sales industry.
  • Be subjective to a schedule that is conducive to the client which may include evenings & weekends.

The Impact We're Looking For You To Make Be the internal insurance authority - You’ll act as the go-to person for escalations, reviewing complex claim rejections and denials and helping our Support team identify root causes rather than one-off fixes. Educate and empower - You will help create clear, engaging learning content and guides for both customers and internal teams fostering continuous learning and development within the team. Compensation Expectations for the Role Jane’s committed to paying our team members fairly , clearly , and above all, paying for growth . This is reflected by a strong starting annual salary of $72,000 USD for the US Insurance Expert role at Jane. You’ll be eligible for a salary increase each year on your work anniversary that will reflect the hard work you’ll be doing to meet our customers’ high bar and the growth you’ll be experiencing in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
