Role Description As an Insurance Conservation Specialist, you will play a key role in retaining our existing clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Engaging with clients to understand their needs and concerns. - Providing guidance on policy options and adjustments. - Addressing any issues that may lead to policy cancellations. - Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure satisfaction. - Monitoring policy renewals and identifying opportunities for upsell or cross-sell. - Proactively contacting policyholders who have requested cancellation, lapsed, or downgraded coverage. - Presenting tailored solutions to retain policies, including coverage adjustments, payment options, or benefit clarification. - Educating clients on policy benefits, long-term value, and consequences of coverage loss. - Meeting or exceeding conservation, persistence, and revenue retention goals. - Maintaining compliance with all the insurance regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Qualifications - Strong verbal communications and persuasion skills. - Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations with professionalism. - Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities. - Basic understanding of insurance products (Life and Health). - Proficiency with CRM Systems and standard software. - Ability to work independently while meeting performance metrics. - Must have a current Life and Health License.
