• Develop and execute strategic territory plans targeting large national insurance companies, driving new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. • Build and maintain senior executive relationships (VP, SVP, C-suite) across key stakeholders including Claims, SIU, IT, Operations, and Lines of Business. • Lead a consultative discovery process to deeply understand clients' business challenges, priorities, and objectives—then connect those needs to our solution's value. • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, multi-threaded stakeholder engagement, business case development, negotiation, and contract execution. • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions & Consulting, Customer Success, Data Science, Product, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive customer experience and resolve complex deal challenges. • Accurately forecast pipeline and manage CRM hygiene to deliver predictable revenue outcomes. • Serve as a market voice—relay client feedback and industry trends to inform product strategy and go-to-market messaging.

• Actively contribute to the US Health roadmap and clients, and work on various data types such as structured claims data, free text, documents, and images • Build and productionize data pipelines optimized for LLMs and multi-modal models • Design, develop and deploy LLM-based solutions for claims handling, document understanding, and related use cases • Experiment with Agentic AI technologies and develop MVP for the next generation of payment integrity solutions • Create custom tools for the agent, allowing it to query internal databases, call external weather APIs, or calculate impact force based on telemetry data • Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure the agent’s decisions are unbiased, legally sound, and explainable • Ensure responsible-AI practices: privacy, hallucination mitigation, explainability, and compliance • Lead client workshops, present prototypes, gather feedback and help define roadmap priorities

• Drive Tier-1 Media Coverage • Build and maintain deep relationships with senior journalists, editors, and producers at leading business and technology outlets—including print, digital, and broadcast—across the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, Forbes, Fortune, CNBC, and sector-specific technology and insurtech media. • Pitch and land feature articles, executive interviews, bylines, and well-placed quotes that position Shift as an essential voice in the AI and insurance transformation narrative. • Develop compelling, news-driven story angles that resonate beyond the insurance vertical and into mainstream business and technology conversations. • Manage all aspects of media relations, including rapid-response to breaking news, proactive pitching, and crisis communications preparedness. • Own the CEO's communications platform end-to-end: develop speeches, keynote presentations, talking points, op-eds, and LinkedIn content that establish a distinct, compelling executive voice. • Secure high-profile speaking opportunities at premier AI, insurtech, and investor conferences—including Davos-tier business forums, major technology summits, and industry flagship events. • Prepare the CEO for media appearances, panel discussions, podcast interviews, and analyst briefings, ensuring every interaction reinforces Shift's strategic narrative. • Build and manage relationships with event organizers, conference program committees, and industry organizations to ensure Shift's leadership is consistently represented on the most prestigious stages. • Develop and continuously refine Shift's corporate communications strategy, messaging architecture, and brand narrative in close partnership with the CMO and CEO. • Translate complex AI and insurance technology concepts into accessible, persuasive stories for diverse audiences—including business press, investors, partners, and customers. • Collaborate across marketing, product, sales, and leadership to ensure a consistent, differentiated voice across all external channels. • Monitor the competitive communications landscape and identify opportunities to seize narrative ground and inject Shift into key industry conversations. • Engage comfortably and credibly with Shift's Board of Directors, C-suite, strategic customers, and investor community—advising on communications strategy and representing the company externally when appropriate. • Partner directly with the CMO on enterprise-wide communications priorities, budget, agency relationships, and team development. • Serve as a trusted advisor and communications counselor to senior leadership on high-stakes announcements, market positioning, and reputational matters.

Go-to-market execution & client engagement - Support in developing discovery frameworks and lead/substantively contribute to client discovery workshops. - Partner with Sales and Customer Success to present the subrogation automation vision to Heads/Chiefs of Claims and other executives. - Define client success metrics, KPIs, and business case templates to quantify ROI and track adoption. Demo & enablement - Define priority demo scenarios and state/product specific use cases with GTM and product teams. - Work with Solutions Consulting, Data Science, and engineering to build demo content, realistic data scenarios, and talk tracks that show business impact. - Create training materials, run enablement sessions, and coach internal teams on positioning and use case storytelling.
