Job Description

Ad Operations Coordinator

Key Media

• Set up, traffic, and QA digital ad campaigns (including newsletter ads, native banners, and related units) across Key Media websites, newsletters, GAM, and other digital platforms to ensure accurate and timely deployment. • Monitor and maintain campaign performance by pulling and updating basic reports, identifying and flagging inventory, delivery, or scheduling issues, and completing day-to-day administrative tasks to keep campaigns running smoothly. • Partner closely with client fulfilment and other internal teams to support retargeting, audience-based, lead generation, and occasional social campaigns over time, while responding to additional Ad Ops requests as your platform expertise (e.g., DV360, ZoomInfo Marketing) grows.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in digital advertising or ad operations, ideally across campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills to ensure all newsletter ads, native banners, and related units are implemented and proofed accurately before launch.
  • Ability to manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously, staying organized with trafficking tasks, schedules, and day-to-day administrative requirements.
  • Comfort working with data and ad platforms, with the aptitude to learn tools such as GAM, DV360, ZoomInfo Marketing, and basic reporting dashboards over time.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with clear communication skills and a willingness to learn and take on new Ad Ops responsibilities as the role evolves.
  • Can work permanent night shift, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH time.
