• Lead the creation, governance, and adoption of global and local content design standards • Establish and maintain design standards and a holistic design system • Architect workstreams for content creation across studios • Lead pilots and adoption of AI-assisted design workflows • Serve as SME across asset types and troubleshoot design and production challenges • Partner with Client GBS, Commercial, and Omnichannel Excellence to align standards with business priorities • Define KPIs for design quality, cycle time, reuse rates, and content performance
Job Requirements
- 8–12+ years in design for omnichannel content
- Proven track record building and governing design systems in complex environments; pharma/healthcare experience preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with advanced creative technologies: 3D modeling/animation, real-time engines, AR frameworks, and motion design.
- Experience with AI-enabled design workflows and tools.
- Portfolio showcasing systems thinking, high craft quality, and measurable impact at scale.
- Mastery in visual design, motion, typography, color, layout, and component-based systems.
- Proficiency in UX/UI methods: design thinking, journey mapping, rapid prototyping.
- Knowledge of production workflows, version control, color pipelines, and localization for various media.
