• Partner with Digital Product Managers, Architects, Quality Engineers, and Salesforce.com Administrators to design and drive the execution and delivery of products • Partner with Solution Architects to drive the definition and execution standards for designing new solutions • Definition and execution of best-practices and see that they are adopted and practiced by the development team(s) • Design and implement scalable and testable solutions utilizing native Salesforce functionality. (APEX, SOQL, Visualforce Lightning Web Components, etc.) • Lead conversations around code reviews with other engineers, and administrators to provide constructive feedback to help grow the team • Design and Implement Integrations of Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems • Bring an excitement and passion to building a world-class salesforce team and application • Work collaboratively with other engineers, product managers, UX designers, etc in a fast-paced agile environment
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of Salesforce engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline required or equivalent work experience
- Expertise with Salesforce development languages (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce)
- Strong Salesforce Lightning implementation experience
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and CRM workflows
- Expertise with GIT
- Expertise with Salesforce CLI to manage metadata and deployment
- Proficiency with Copado or other Salesforce specific DevOps/CI/CD tools
- Experience designing Salesforce integration strategies
- Expertise in understanding of Salesforce limits and when to use Clicks over Code – and how to develop using “clicks”
- Expertise with Test Automation within Salesforce
- Proven ability to design and contribute as an Engineer with code or declarative features
- Experience with applicant tracking systems – especially Bullhorn
