• Support the successful execution of assigned project scopes • Work closely with internal teams and vendors • Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and in alignment with client expectations • Contribute to a positive client experience by supporting delivery quality • Address issues as they arise • Reinforce standards across all aspects of execution • Monitor progress against timelines and milestones • Identify delays or bottlenecks and support adjustments to keep delivery on track • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks, including logistical challenges, safety concerns, and regulatory compliance issues • Support project financial performance by maintaining awareness of scope, budget considerations, and changes in work • Contribute to project closeout by supporting documentation • Help capture lessons learned, best practices, and opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with vendors and internal team members to resolve issues in the field
Job Requirements
- Preferred 2+ years of experience supporting project delivery in environments such as workplace relocations, facilities, construction coordination, or similar operational project settings
- Skills : Project coordination and organization
