• Leading multiple projects across the UK, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards • Partnering with Sales and Applications teams during the pre-sales phase to assess risks, shape proposals, and support customer visits • Acting as the main point of contact for customers, building strong, trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle • Managing project scope, timelines, and responsibilities with clarity and confidence • Planning and overseeing key milestones including delivery, installation, and production start-up • Attending customer sites for kick-off, pre-installation, and installation phases • Resolving on-site challenges in collaboration with engineers, suppliers, and account teams • Monitoring project financials, forecasting costs, and protecting margins • Driving continuous improvement by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
Job Requirements
- Experience in project management within engineering, manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environments
- A proven track record of delivering projects successfully in a customer-facing role
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (or equivalent practical experience)
