• Responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of workplace services projects including relocations, decommissions, small buildouts, furniture installations, and other facility-related initiatives. • Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, execution, risk management, and project closeout activities. • Manage assigned workplace services projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, schedules, logistics plans, and operational requirements. • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, and sequencing plans to support efficient project execution and alignment with contractual commitments. • Lead proactive communication across all project stakeholders, identifying risks, operational challenges, and client concerns early while implementing effective mitigation strategies. • Direct and manage vendor activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, safety standards, building regulations, company procedures, KPIs, and client expectations. • Monitor vendor performance, project progress, and field execution activities, making operational adjustments as needed to maintain schedule and delivery objectives. • Manage project financial performance including budget tracking, forecasting, cost control, change management, and margin protection. • Review project scope changes and coordinate development, documentation, and administration of change orders to prevent scope creep and protect project profitability. • Review and approve vendor proposals, invoices, and project-related costs to ensure alignment with approved scope, pricing, and contractual requirements. • Ensure compliance with client, building, regulatory, and safety requirements, including operational procedures, insurance requirements, and risk management standards. • Participate in client meetings, internal planning meetings, and project status reviews while maintaining accurate and timely project reporting related to schedule, cost, risk, and performance. • Resolve project-related operational issues, vendor concerns, and client escalations in a timely and professional manner while protecting client relationships and company interests. • Lead project closeout activities including completion of documentation, financial reconciliation, invoice review, lessons learned, and final client deliverables.
• Lead the development, planning, and execution strategy of complex healthcare relocation projects • Assist in vetting, developing, and budgeting for complex healthcare and laboratory relocation projects • Oversee all operational, administrative, and strategic activities from initial planning through final execution • Accountable for overall portfolio and project team success while leading and directing a cross-functional team responsible for delivery • Develop project scopes, proposals, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment across internal team members, clients, vendors, and trades • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows, enabling your team to execute efficiently while maintaining accountability for quality, timing, and financial performance • Primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, guiding communications, key decisions, and change management throughout the project lifecycle • Develop and implement standard protocols, processes, and documentation to drive operational consistency and compliance with healthcare and laboratory industry standards • Structure project plans and coordinate resources in partnership with design, equipment, transition planning, and construction teams • Oversee financial controls including invoice approvals and purchase orders, while delegating day-to-day coordination activities across the team • Provide oversight of project progress through established reporting rhythms, ensuring milestone completion and proactively addressing risks and constraints • Guide your team through critical phases of execution, including final building walk-throughs and post-project follow-ups, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction • Maintain continuous communication with senior-level internal and external stakeholders, reinforcing adherence to company standards, and driving operational excellence through strong leadership, decision-making, and team accountability.

• Lead the Managed Solutions Planning team, overseeing strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of planning and project management services • Drive accountability for the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all planning deliverables across projects and programs • Mentor, train, and develop team members to support strong performance and career growth • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture across Planning Services and cross-functional teams • Partner closely with Operations to forecast, allocate, and balance resources, monitor project health and utilization, and ensure sustainable delivery • Provide senior-level guidance on complex or high-visibility projects • Oversee planning quality and downstream outcomes, and maintain best practices, tools, and methodologies • Contribute to budgeting and performance analysis, support sales and solution development efforts, assist with bids and estimates, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and participation in strategic initiatives
• Manage the operational aspects of the healthcare business within Hilldrup • Oversee operations, pricing, scope of work, client presentations and team management • Ensure all projects are properly scoped, contracted and delivered on time • Achieve customer satisfaction, compliance and service excellence • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop healthcare-specific processes and deliverables • Hire and manage the necessary team for business line functionality • Oversee pricing function for healthcare and laboratory opportunities • Accountable for the operational success and profitability of each project • Work closely with the Hilldrup Response Team on proposal responses • Perform contract reviews with legal ensuring timely responses
