Wir übernehmen die Kaltakquise-Projekte für unsere Auftraggeber und öffnen Türen auf C-Level, die für andere verschlossen bleiben. Da wir weiter wachsen, suchen wir versierte SDRs, die keine Anleitung brauchen, sondern Ergebnisse liefern und Lust haben, gemeinsam mit uns Märkte zu erobern. - In dieser Rolle bist du das Gesicht und die Stimme unserer namhaften Auftraggeber am Markt. - Strategische Lead-Generierung: - Du identifizierst und qualifizierst komplexe B2B-Opportunities via Telefon, LinkedIn und E-Mail. - Mittleres Management & C-Level Kommunikation: - Du sprichst auf Augenhöhe mit Geschäftsführern, Vorständen und IT-Leitern (Mittelstand bis Konzern). - Projekthoheit: - Du arbeitest dich tief in die individuellen Lösungen unserer Kunden ein (z. B. IT, SaaS, Consulting) und verkaufst echten Mehrwert statt Standard-Skripte. - Pipeline-Management: - Du steuerst den Erstkontakt-Prozess bis zur Übergabe an die Closer und dokumentierst deine Erfolge präzise in unserem CRM. - Consultative Selling: - Du gibst direktes Feedback aus dem Markt an unsere Auftraggeber weiter, um die Akquise-Strategie stetig zu optimieren. Qualifications - Mindestens 2-3 Jahre nachweisbare Erfolge in der B2B-Kaltakquise (Outbound). - Du bist sicher in modernen Sales-Frameworks (z. B. SPIN, Challenger Sales oder BANT). - Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und Social-Selling-Tools (z. B. LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau (C1/C2).
