• Manage and develop our distribution partners in the DACH region with a focus on dentistry and dental technology • Act as the main contact for partners and key opinion leaders – you will build strong relationships • Implement strategic sales initiatives and ensure revenue growth • Identify and realize new business opportunities in collaboration with our customers • Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs – maintaining a clear overview • Take revenue responsibility for your accounts and actively support the entire sales process to deliver an optimal customer experience • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product Trainers • Participate in trade shows, conferences and customer events
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the dental, MedTech or software industry
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and digital solutions
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and persuasive presence
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong focus on closing deals
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel frequently
