Job Responsibilities What will your day-to-day look like? This is a high-impact role that blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution. You will: - Collaborate with our Organizational Learning Partners: Work closely with our internal network of learning partners across the organization to align strategies and share best practices. - Drive Global Programs: Lead cross-organizational initiatives such as mentoring, specialized upskilling tracks, and AI literacy programs. - Be a Strategic Partner: Act as the dedicated L&D focal point for specific departments. Role Description NTT DATA is seeking an Agile Transformation Coach to accelerate a transition from a traditional Waterfall SDLC approach to a modern delivery model incorporating Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices. Role Description The RN CDI Educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for the CDI team, including onboarding, continuing education, and performance improvement initiatives.
