Role Description As part of our development, we are looking for an online German teacher, passionate about remote teaching, to join our dynamic and multicultural team. - Lead German classes via videoconference (Zoom, Meet, etc.) - Adapt teaching materials to each learner’s goals (leisure, exams, professional needs) - Assess learners’ level and progress according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR – A1 to C2) - Prepare learners for official certifications (Goethe-Zertifikat, TELC, TestDaF, etc.) - Provide individualized learning support and keep learners motivated - Contribute to the development and enrichment of our teaching resources Qualifications - C1/C2 level in German - Very good level in French or English or Arabic (minimum B2 required) - At least 1 year of experience teaching German online - Training in language teaching, DaF, or equivalent is highly valued - Proficiency with digital educational tools (Zoom, Canva, Google Classroom, etc.) - Autonomy, good listening skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt your teaching methods Requirements - Niveau C1/C2 en allemand - Très bon niveau en français ou en anglais/arabe (niveau B2 minimum requis) - Expérience en enseignement de l’allemand en ligne (1 an minimum) - Formation en didactique des langues, DaF ou équivalent fortement appréciée - Maîtrise des outils numériques éducatifs (Zoom, Canva, Google Classroom, etc.) - Autonomie, sens de l’écoute, créativité et capacité à adapter votre pédagogie Benefits - 100% remote work – teach from anywhere - Flexible schedule adapted to your availability - Access to a library of teaching resources and collaborative tools - Supportive, international, and attentive team - Ongoing guidance and feedback to help you grow in your teaching practice - Opportunities for career development and continuous training
